Most WordPress agencies will not touch non-WordPress PHP. Most general dev shops are not interested in maintenance-only work. We are. That is the whole offer.
We are not a full-stack development shop. If you need major new features, architectural changes, or a rewrite, that is not us. We are the team you call to keep your existing PHP app secure, patched, and running well.
Most clients come to us with apps built years ago by someone else. We are comfortable picking up code we did not write, reading the structure, and maintaining it. Documentation is helpful but we will manage without it.
PHP 5.6 application on a server somewhere? Custom framework no one remembers writing? CodeIgniter 3 site nobody else wants to touch? Send the details. We can usually keep it running, and slowly modernize the riskiest parts when you are ready.
PHP itself, frameworks, and dependencies all have security releases. We track them, apply the relevant ones, and tell you when one cannot be applied without breaking your app (so we can plan around it).
Your code, your repository, your hosting, your data. We do not introduce dependencies on proprietary tools or platforms we control. You can leave anytime and take everything with you.

PHP maintenance questions.
Yes, with limitations. We can keep an end-of-life PHP app running, apply available patches, and monitor security advisories. We will be honest about the risks (no more PHP security updates means some vulnerabilities cannot be patched) and recommend a migration path when you are ready. We do not push immediate migration on every old app. That is your call.
Yes, but we scope migration separately from a care plan. It involves dependency updates, code refactoring, and testing, all quoted as a fixed-price project. After migration, ongoing care continues on the care plan as normal.
Most likely yes. We are comfortable inheriting code we did not write. Initial intake takes longer for undocumented projects (we have to read and understand it first), but this is part of what care plans are for.
Not our specialty. We focus on keeping existing apps running well, not building new functionality. Small enhancements within an existing app structure are fine on Standard or Pro plans. Major new features should go to a development shop. We know a few good ones, ask if you want introductions.
Yes. Whatever hosting, deployment, and CI you are running, we work with that. We do not require switching to specific platforms. We will flag actively harmful setups (shared hosting on EOL PHP, manual FTP deploys with no version control) but switching is your call.
