Common questions before you send.

Diagnosis: within an hour during business hours. Most fixes ship the same day. Emergencies (site down, hacked) get prioritized: usually a reply in 30 minutes or less.
If we agree to fix something and we cannot do it within the agreed scope, you do not pay. The scope is written down before work starts so there is nothing to argue about later. If we discover the real problem is bigger than the agreed scope, we tell you, and you decide whether to expand scope (with a new quote) or stop there.
It depends on the issue, which is why the diagnosis comes first. Once we have found the cause, you get a fixed price for the fix before any work starts. No hourly meter, and the price does not move unless the scope changes with your approval.
Eventually yes, to do the fix. But for diagnosis, the URL and your description are usually enough. Once you approve the quote, you give us temporary admin credentials, we do the work, and you revoke access when we are done. We do not store credentials beyond the engagement.
No. WordPress sites are usually recoverable even when they have been down for a long time. The longer you wait, the more there is to investigate, but the fix itself is usually no harder. If your site has been down for weeks, you might also want to consider a WordPress care plan afterward so this does not happen again.
